Very nice shot. I'm curious, what's your setup? And what program do you do focus stacks in?

Brodie, my setup seems to keep evolving, but basically comprises of a camera/bellows usually with a microscope objective e.g. Nikon 10x/0.30 CF PLAN, or an Olympus 38mm/2.8 bellows lens mounted. This is normally fixed, while the subject is moved for focus stacking, currently using the base/fine focus mechanism of an old Olympus microscope.

Wow, I had no idea it was that vintage, thanks for the reply. I am thinking about eventually trying one of those 10x objective microscope with bellows or extension tubes. That's unusual that you use the subject and not the lens but it looks like it works for you. Great work.
